The Massage Therapist must possess strong knowledge and skills in the assessment and treatment of various orthopedic conditions, disorders, and injuries. It is highly recommended that the Therapist have a Medical Massage Certificate/Degree, or have significant continuing education coursework in these areas. Experience in other areas of health and wellness is a plus. Applicants must possess a current KY license in Massage Therapy and have current professional insurance.

The Associate supports the staff by scheduling appointments, handling client issues and retail sales. The Associate will assist the Massage Therapists with room setup between client sessions, help maintain the customer database by inputting customer information, updates, billing transactions, and works with the lead receptionist and office manager to ensure a smooth and productive work environment. The Associate should possess excellent skills in customer service, data entry, Microsoft Office, teamwork, and self-development. Experience in the medical/healthcare setting is a plus.

The Supervisor leads the Associate staff in the daily front desk duties, and reports directly to the Office Manager. The Supervisor may take on unresolved client issues initially presented to the Associate. The Supervisor will manage the database, including tracking appointments, sales of both services and retail, inventory, and purchases; and provide reports and insight to the office manager. The Supervisor should possess excellent skills in customer service, data entry, Microsoft Office, teamwork, team development, and self-development. Experience in the medical or healthcare setting is a plus.
